RE: Flow Limitations, a problem or not?
The wonder of the ASV is that I can sleep even while in pain...anyway...I can see where Sleeprider is leading me, and its a good direction...
I understand that as there has been quite a gap between EPAP and min PS that there are many pressure changes happening that make the therapy uncomfortable...so onwards...
Last night, SWJ 2:30 3:30 ish, some pain arousal, very spacey this morning, staying away from caffeine to see if it passes on its own...

The machine still average about 4 minimum PS, so take your time, but move forward incrementally as comfort allows. Next step is 3.4 PS min.

You will find increasing the MAX PS to 15 will help reduce the few UA and Hypopnea you still have

RE: Flow Limitations, a problem or not?
Hi there...
I have to be very careful with my Max PSsettings  as I tend to start feeling worse with too much air... :-)
Here is last night, less pain so very few events, the last portion I was propped up on two pillows,
it eases the shoulder discomfort, seemed to work well...

Oximeter for first part of last night

At this point you're after comfort, not AHI. Do what feels best. I think the small boost in minimum PS helped, but I don't think I would turn up PS max past 12 in your case.
