I can nopt attach the new screen shot. It states that I have already used my 200mb of attachment allotment. What should I do?

Just an FYI, but brand new members can post attachments immediately, with no post-count requirement. There is no restriction on that, other than the storage size (explained in link below).

The outside linking is what is restricted for brand new members who have less than 8 posts.
