JMpower, you will need a couple more posts (8 total) for attachments and links to work for you. Reply, and retry this post when you get to the requisite count.

Just an FYI, but brand new members can post attachments immediately, with no post-count requirement. There is no restriction on that, other than the storage size (explained in link below).

The outside linking is what is restricted for brand new members who have less than 8 posts.
