[Treatment] Has anyone here tried salt therapy

Has anyone here tried salt therapy
I have UARS, and I lived in Dublin, Ireland for about 8 months by the sea. During those 8 months, I was healthier than I have ever been in my life. I put on lean muscle mass and had dramatic increases in weight lifting strength.

I have always wondered if the salt air had an impact on opening my airway. Has anyone had any positive experiences with salt therapy?

i lived by the sea for a year and i had to use flutiform daily, which is an asthma inhaler, now i live in foresty area and dont have to use any. its worth noting though i have allergic asthma, allergic towards grass, greens and forests.

I haven't noticed it helps my airway, but the salt air sure wreaks havoc on my toolbox. By any chance, did you move from a higher elevation before moving to Dublin?

I don’t even know what salt therapy is.

At one point I had tried putting salt in my humidifier. I don't see any downsides as long as I washed the humidifier once a week or so. Personally I think it helped and I woke up clearer.
