[Treatment] Help to reduce AHI value

Help to reduce AHI value
Hi all

After switching from Amara View to a Dreamwear mask, I have seen satisfactory AHI values for a few weeks. However, lately my AHI has started to increase again and is now slightly above the limit of 5 (lately AHI was at 5,33).

I have attached graphs showing 4 nights from last week.

I will highly appreciate to hear from You if you have comments to my CPAP treatment or ideas to improve the AHI and bring it back to values below 5.

RE: Help to reduce AHI value
I’m bumping your thread in hopes of getting some suggestions for you.
You may want to bump your minimum pressure up to 7.5 or 8

RE: Help to reduce AHI value
Try a soft cervical collar for awhile...cheap, easy to use, does not cause teeth to grind, keeps the mouth gently closed, keeps the chin from tucking and occluding the airway.  I have been using one for 18 mos and am very happy.  There are a lot of postings about cervical collar on this forum.
