New to treatment... Oscar results

Hi All,

First week or so of treatment and wanted to post Oscar results to see if I am on the right track.

From what I can tell things are looking good but want to see if there are any adjustments I can/should make.

Feel the same as pretreatment thus far (I understand this will take time) but feel that I am adjusting to sleeping with the machine well.

My in-lab study showed 113 arousals for an index of 33.3 but 0 RERA's and I was wondering if maybe the RERA's in the study weren't actually scored but it looks like I am all good in that department. AHI 7.4 RDI 16.8. Mid 20's male with poor sleep quality for a few years that has gotten much worse over the past 7 or 8 months and am excited to be on the path towards feeling better.

Thank you in advance to anyone that may respond.
