[Treatment] Night 1 on CPAP - eye bubbling, meaningful sample size, OSCAR questions

Night 1 on CPAP - eye bubbling, meaningful sample size, OSCAR questions
Good morning!

Monday night I tried using the CPAP for 2 hours and used Smart Ramp on my Dreamstation, using a ResMed N30i mask. Last night was my first full night.

Monday night - Had on first first two hours using SmartRamp. Could not sleep. Felt like air kept leaking out of mask. I felt increased pressure in my right eye, and it felt like air was going to it, and bubbling under my eyelids. When I opened my eyes sometimes the air was released, or if I pushed on the eyelid the air/tears/whatever would release. If you have ever blown your nose when you have a cold and it seems like your eye makes a noise and releases pressure - that's kind of what it was like.

Monday morning - Two hour nap. Ditched Smart Ramp & ramp altogether. Prescribed pressure setting of 15. Fell asleep after maybe 30ish minutes and had a pretty good sleep. The AHI from the night/nap was around 12.1 I believe. Same eye issues.

Last night - Used CPAP all night. Constant pressure, no ramp again. Had a pretty good sleep. When I slept on my side or stomach, sometimes it felt like pressure was being reduced as opposed to when on my back. Same eye issues, but also woke up once in the night and eye was sealed shut with gunk.

I've attached the standard OSCAR graphs (I think, I'm new to this).

My questions:

  1. Has anyone heard of this eye pressure/discomfort/leakage issue? Any suggestions on what's causing it, or if I should try a different mask.
  2. How many nights should I give a set of settings/mask type to get meaningful insights from it - is this one night snapshot enough to gain any insights?
  3. Does there appear to be any leakage problems or other problems? I was thinking of switching to a more secure mask to have more consistent pressure at all times, as well as possibly fix the eye issue? Was considering trying F20 nasal or full-face.

I am using C-Flex+ with flex level 3. Was considering trying to turn this down, or switching to the standard C-Flex as well to see if that helps lower my AHI.
