Opal Rose, I did adjust the min pressure to 6 which did feel better last night when I first started the machine, The AHI was up to 6.5 last night with a lot of leakage but I attribute that to having not shaven for a couple days so I was a little scruffy faced Wink

Since monitoring my own therapy is all new to me how do I learn what SleepyHead graphs are telling me? I have 10 nights of data now and they all look the same to me. Oh-jeez

And keep posting pictures here; lots of people will help. (I'm clueless about my graphs too, but since my AHI averages 0.11 I haven't tried to learn much more.)
