Over the last few weeks my ahi has been for the most part good, but starting last Saturday it took a nose dive for no good reason. Here's my most recent data. (I will try lowering CFlex tonight)

RE: Random Concentrations of Apneas
The only thing that has changed with the cpap since Saturday is the usage of a new "premium" filter. Although in general I have been pretty stressed. Certain foods have had a tendency to make my centrals skyrocket as well.
Oh and here's a 3 minute zoom of some of my centrals last night.

RE: Random Concentrations of Apneas
After lowering the Cflex to 1 last night, these were my results. There could have been a number of reasons why I slept better last night, so I'll update this thread over the next few days.

That last one looks pretty good. Did you sleep well on that session?

Flex at 3 was a disaster, but the remainder is positional apnea. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...onal_Apnea
