If yours really is an Auto, you can go into the Clinician's settings and change your setting to be in Auto. Basically, you tap the round button to turn the screen on, and then press the round button while pressing the triangle (ramp) button for >5 seconds, and up will pop the *oh so special secret settings*. :-)
That *is* funny/ironic/interesting how you're on the other side of the counter (with being a DME customer now).

Once you play around with the Auto settings, you'll get an idea how that works for you. Your body may prefer it or your body may prefer a fixed pressure; one is not "better" than the other. It just depends on what your body responds best to. BUT the good news (if indeed you have an Auto) is that you have the choice now!
