Second night with zero AHI
I'm sleeping 8 hours, and got my second night with zero AHI.
No flow limitations, snoring, or events.

which mask are you using, the fx or the mirage? how are your leaks with the mask?

Sleep study AHI: 49 RDI: 60 -- APAP 10-11 w/AHI: 1.5 avg for 7-days (up due likely to hip replacement recovery)

The other night had zero AHI but bit snoring and FL here and there are noted

If you hook CPAP to someone with no OSA, you would not see zero AHI, some apnea events and snoring/FL get recorded
No one is apnea free Coffee

I have had two AHI 0.0 this week. I unplugged my machine and plugged it back in. But now my AHI stays below 0.5 since I switched to a nasal mask and chin strap and stay on my side. If I use a full face mask my AHI runs between 1 and 2.
