[Treatment] Switched from CPAP to Bilevel but results no better
#21
RE: Switched from CPAP to Bilevel but results no better
I am sorry for you having to go through this, it should not be this way but the mouth appliance will do nothing for your centrals. Centrals are not caused by jaw alignment or obstructions that is why your cpap will not help either. Both are used to get rid of obstructions which, again, do not have anything to do with Centrals. I know buying one yourself seems like a lot of money but for the next 5 to 8 years the 1300 dollars is not much when you think that is about 3000 nights of sleep. I bought a slightly used machine from Supplier #2, great machine and great company. Mine had less than 1 month use.

Not acceptable. Appeal. The dental device can't do anything for the CA and it's a very expensive device that we already know will fail you. Go for the titration that includes ASV.
