thanks.  not sure these are the right charts, but i've posted hopefully thats the right one.  How do you see if its a REM sleep?

Include the left sidebar with all the statistics, like you did in post #3.  

I don’t see SWJ here in these charts.  You would usually see clusters of events close to waking up.

When I see that on my graphs, I also see CA’s.  I can also see that the respiratory graph will look irregular during the same period, so I tend to assume it’s REM sleep.  That’s not definite though.

Read the Soft Cervical Collar wiki in my signature. You have events that are clustered close together which suggest chin-tuck causing airway obstruction. Here is another article describing how it happens. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...onal_Apnea

The charts are good enough, but we usually want to see the Daily Details rather than events, however the events chart shows us that the cluster at 04:20 to 04:22 features four events with one that lasts for 44 seconds. You finally changed position and it ended. Those are exactly what the collar can prevent.
