first link is stats only, the rest picked at random.
hit low 10's twice, very briefly, and a few 8's & 9's but average pressure is 5.54
so far, i don't feel great, but i feel normal (ie not having the desperate need for an afternoon kip)
HID is very pleased my snoring has stopped almost completely.
i am thinking of increasing my minimum pressure to 6 for a while, just to see if it makes any difference.
i was put on 7 for a week of my trial, but found it too much.
is there any point in reducing my maximum from 20 on a APAP machine?

i had a 3 week trial with a Sleep Centre in OZtrailer, but bought privately in the US.
thanks to all on this board for such knowledge and patience, i learn something every visit.

(but obviously not learnt how to post from imgur properly yet)

RE: 60 days in, random results
Thanks for posting data. With a minimum pressure at 5-20 your events are mainly hypopnea. You would benefit from an increase in minimum pressure to 5.5, and it might even need to be 6.0 at some point. I would take it slowly and give minimum pressure a slight boost. You don't have the kinds events that raise your pressure ahead of hypopnea, and the Philips Auto need a kick in the rear to get off minimum pressure anyway. These hypopnea and related events can leave you feeling tired as they can cause arousals. You should feel better once we tune them out.

Do what feels best to you. Your minimum pressure is too low. You need 5.5-6.0 to get better results.
