That may be it, but even fixed CPAP is considered OSA treatment. Indeed, treating OSA was the reason for the original CPAP set-one-pressure machines.

On second thought, I think the table is reflecting the fact that if our diagnosis is simple OSA, we would not be prescribed an ASV machine. Our diagnosis would need to be simple Central Sleep Apnea or mixed Complex SA for an ASV machine to be prescribed.

It would be interesting to know what are the differences between U.S. model 36037 versus 36067, like whether the 36067 has a new feature or reports more data. Perhaps you can call up ResMed Customer Service and ask them?
