RE: Two plus months in and AHI varying widely
Well, after a couple weeks trying to correlate the good and bad days I've concluded that they only correlate with stress. Apparently I have some strange stress reaction where I stop breathing 
The good news is that I've been able to keep the stress down a bit and have had single digit AHIs the past week, mostly below 5 and a record low of 2.0 one day. Almost like progress...
