Good advice. Did that and tried ResScan, too. For me, SleepyHead much better.

Is SleepyHead reports CA as "Clear Airway". Is that equivalent to Central AI on my ResMed?

For practical purposes it is. Technically there are differences, but you probably won't go far wrong assuming them to mean the same.
