Ok make sure heated tube is turned on on patient set up.
Unplug the machine. Take tank out of hunidifier and seperate then reattach the humidifier and blower unit.
Plug machine back in and let it power up.
Should fix it.

Are all the connectors attached properly. There is an electrical lead at the back of the humidifier lid that tucks down into a connector at the back-left of the humidifier. The lid will lift up and back if you need better access to check. If that connector is not attached, the machine will not recognize the heated hose is installed, and the heated hose options will lock-out.

I did unplug and separate the humidifier and check the menu to heated tube on, but the wavey symbol blinked yellow and then went blue all night long. Thank you
