A little confused
Hello all. 1 question about sleepy head and showing the ahi. It shows the complete breakdown of all events. This pic the obstructed show 3.45. Is this the number I should strive to keep under 5?

Your AHI is the sum of obstructive apnea (OA), clear apnena (CA), and hypopnea (H). Ideally, we minimize all of them. As OA are reduced, the conditions that cause H will also be reduced. In simple terms, OA and H (as well as snores and flow limitations) generally respond to increasing positive pressure, while CA can be caused by excessive pressure. Your current results suggest a higher pressure may be needed.
