Personally, I've always had a very low pulse as well. I've heard that it can be associated with UARS. Maybe someone here has more info on that.

It can also be due to hypothyroidism. Have you had your thyroid checked recently?

Yes. I am on levothyroxine, just a low dose, which keeps my TSH around 1. Tried T3 a number of years back and it was like taking speed, so safe to say it's not my thyroid.
