Updated Dream Station Firmware Problem

I had updated my Dream Station's firmware from 1.1.1 to 1.1.8 on Dec 18, 2020. After the update, I can use Dream Mapper as usual. It becomes unstable few days ago. Each time i open the app, it ask me to login again and again for several times. I found the app can't accepted my login this morning any more. I tried to re-install the the Dream Mapper, problem still same, even I want to register again, it fails me and response hardware not support.
May I know what is my problem? How can it be fixed? Appreciate very much for the help!!!

I'm not aware of any relationship of your CPAP's firmware and the DreamMapper program. Have you considered using OSCAR which offers much more detail and useful information?

Have you tried resetting your password? Dream Mapper has a password expiration feature, it’s possible your password expired
