I would take your device, go for a drive outside of the partner area and see if the No-Signal indicator disappears.

RE: Updates to AirSense 11?
I *believe* that with t-mobile, being in a partner area means limited or no data.
I would take your device, go for a drive outside of the partner area and see if the No-Signal indicator disappears.

Thanks, Dog Slobber, I am going to do exactly that. Headed to Knoxville to my son's house and will take it along. They are supposed to have straight-up 5G ultimate coverage there. I will let you know how it went when I get back.

RE: Updates to AirSense 11?
Just got back from my son's house who does not live in the greatest reception area and it was the same as it is at home. I guess that I am still not sure. Thanks again everyone for your input.

RE: Updates to AirSense 11?
The label on your machine shows it as 4G so it should work. I've seen both AT&T and T-mobile as carriers on my AS10 4G machine.
If you want to try a quick experiment take your machine outside your house and plug it in (out on a deck or patio, uncovered). You would normally see it get a signal within a few minutes. There are many things that can block the cellular signal in your house. Metal roof, low-E windows, metal siding, etc. Might just be that you are on the fringe of coverage and something is blocking the signal.
