This should not be difficult. Can you tell us your browser and operating system?

On my iphone using a chrome or Safari browser, I often am missing some of the control functions on the forum, but the UserCP ad profile editing is there.

Sheepless, you are correct, and that is normal.
Even when I use my IPad, I can’t see everything on the screen unless I turn the screen to landscape, but am able to see the User CP and profile info.

I have updated the title of this thread based on the topic of most of the posts. If we ever get back the heated hose and humdifier, I'd suggest a new thread.

If you haven’t ordered a Clinicians Manual, you can get it here.

There is a section in the manual that explains the options and settings for the humidifier and heated tube.
There may be nothing wrong with your machine, only that the setting could be adjusted to make a difference.

On smartphone access to UserCP, I can access and see the various options on my Samsung Note 4 on Chrome after clicking on the browser option Desktop Site.
