Overall, the sleep report looks good!

Except for the centrals; Sleeprider as noted, this should be explained (though I suppose it is not as urgent since the O₂ sat isn't as bad as reported).

is any number of centrals abnormal?  or can people get occasional centrals?

The 75% saturation was a reason for concern, but as it is an error, there were only 5 centrals of 15s-20s during all the night which is just noise.
Take a deep breath then hold your breath for 15s and you get a central.
