RE: RE help with reduction
I see my REAs are down a little bit from Tuesday night but the flow limit went up a little bit as well as my AHI and I had .2 centrals according to my screen on the machine.  I see I hit a pressure last night Should I up the minimum and the maximum pressure?

Thanks Everyone!

RE: RE help with reduction
Just reviewing my Oscar reports for the past month, it seems I had no REAs and better flow limits when my pressures were set at min9 and max 12. The AHI was still 1 or below. Why would that be?? It was as good or better than last nights reports which are posted above.

RE: RE help with reduction
Partly there's just unexplained variability of sleep respiration from one night to the next. Overlay that with the fact that higher pressures are not likely to help with flow limitations or snoring. (It's your EPR that is doing most of that work.)

Even though your pillow isn't high, you might try something lower still. And you might try a higher collar.

But what I'm now wondering is how refreshed your feeling during the day. IF you're feeling good, then it just may not be that important for you to address the FLs (and snores).

RE: RE help with reduction
I still feel a little sleepy at times. If I could sleep all night I think that would take care of it. I do wake up at least twice a night for the bathroom.  Sometimes I fall back to sleep right away other times it make take an hour or so.

4 days on autoset for her update and feedback
For the past 4 nights I have been using my airsense 11 set on autoset for her. I have left the settings with the pressure set the same. I have changed the EPR from 1, 2,3 and back to 2. Over all my AHI number has been .2, 0, .4 and .4 so pretty much the same. My flow limits have remained almost the same except for last night, it was higher.

I think I am resting better on the autoset for her. I don't know what the difference would be. Here are my last night reports.  I am using a new mask, resmed n30i nose cushion. I like it a lot better than the Phillips dreamwear nose cushion, I am not being awakened with leaks.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to fine tune.

What flow limitation readings were you seeing when using EPR 3?
Your FL readings are high, but yet you said you were resting better, and that's what matters most.

Here is a member that did a comparison with the algorithms on the A10 For Her.  Although everyone is different, I thought it was interesting.

Have you tried the soft response AutoSet mode?

RE: 4 days on autoset for her update and feedback
Good for you.

Here, I see that your pressure did increased above the mark of 12. This is probably why it went well for you these times. Here, the pressure increased above 12 also every time for the first 2 or 3 weeks until here and there, it starts capping at 12.

Keep watching your data closely to see when such a capping will happen and see if it did affect you or not.

If you do have a poor night because of that, the closest and safest thing will be to change to the regular Autoset algorithm but in Soft response mode instead of regular.

RE: 4 days on autoset for her update and feedback
Soft response mode in autoset for her is not available. I did have my machine on soft response on regular autoset. the flow limitations for the first 3 nights were about the same, last night was high for some reason. For the first 2 nights I did not have any central issues or REA issues. When I set it EPR on 3 I did have central and REA recordings and as you can see when I dropped it back to 2 I had them again last night.

Thanks for the thread!

Of course every night could be different even using the same mode. Your numbers are good, so go by how you feel.

That is what I am planning to do. I came home for lunch so I am showing the report for  the 3 nights prior. It is only the first page.
Thanks for the feedback!!!!
