I don't know about you Fred, but for me, there is an awful lot of flow limitation ahead of and behind that CA event. The view slider is cool, never knew about it.

Noted SR,  No real complaints though. As aggressive as I can be for tackling the Flow Limits I'd like to see some complaints at these numbers first. Besides, he is not maxing out the pressure on flow limits.
I'd like to try EPAP min of 8 and see if we get an increase in obstructive events.

So set EPAP min= 8
Vertically shrink your charts so you can fit Flow Limits in.

Last night my EPAP was 8 instead of 10.  I got up in the middle of the night for the first time in a while.

My sleep data from last night.  The last couple of nights my AHI has been about 2.5 or so.  I would like to get it under 1.  Any suggestions?

RE: VAuto Journey
Aside from the numbers, how are you feeling? The event shown above looks to be some kind of arousal or movement, and the breathing before and after is normal. We can't necessarily improve on that.

I still feel tired when I wake up.  I can't remember the last time I woke up after a good nights sleep and felt so well rested that I can't go back to sleep.
