Very Strange OSCAR Results

Very Strange OSCAR Results
In my entire 10+ years of PAP therapy, I've never had results like this before.
I must admit that last night was a "fitful" sleep session where I remember quite a few arousals. Probably 5 occasions.
I'm guessing that the clumps of centrals would probably correspond to the times I woke up, but it just looks very odd and extremely unusual for me.
The second screenshot is a typical sleep session for me.

RE: Very Strange OSCAR Results
You got into some "periodic breathing," where you do some heavier breathing, which blows off some CO2, which reduces your drive to breathe, which results in a CA, which is followed by heavier recovery breathing, and on and on. I bet you're right that this is connected with your fitful sleep. When you experience an arousal from sleep, this often involves heavier breathing, which can set off a periodic breathing cycle.

Just keep an eye on it. If you see this every now and again, I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. If it gets to be a regular thing, you might turn off your EPR to see whether that helps.

Thanks, Dormeo.
That’s pretty much what I was thinking too.

I’ll watch things and hopefully this just a one-off situation.
