WANTED: Clinician Setup Manual for new PR System One REMstar Series 60 machines

Question
WANTED:

Clinician Setup Manual for new PR System One REMstar Series 60 machines

If you have a PDF copy of the Clinician Setup Manual (Guide) for these new Series 60 machines, could you please email it to me at apneaboard@gmail.com ?

Or if you have a paper copy of it and a way to scan and email it to me, that would be be super. You could also make a photocopy and send it via U.S. mail to our PO Box: Apnea Board, PO Box 62, Dixon, IL USA.

Thanks, as members are starting to get these new machines, we're getting requests for the Setup Manuals.

Once someone sends a copy, we'll update our Clinician Setup Manual Page with the info.

Thanks

I just got the Series 60. I can make a copy and send it to you at the address. That's the least I can do for all the help I've gotten from this forum.

That's great... thanks Jenny... once I get the photocopy, I can scan it and convert it to a PDF for our members.

We need the Clinician Setup manual, not the user manual... did they give you the Clinician Manual (the one that tells how to get into the setup to change pressures)?

Let me know once you mail it out and I'll look for it.

Sure appreciate any help you can give!

Awesome! Yep, the Provider Guide is what everyone is asking for (others also call it a Clinician Manual or Setup Guide).

Thanks

Hi Jenny,

Thought I wrote this a while back, but can't find the post... but the manual you sent was not for the Series 60 - it was for the regular PR System One REMstar Auto with A-flex (non-60 series, which we already have). Sure appreciate your efforts in mailing it though!

Maybe they put that manual in with your Series 60 machine by mistake? Huh

We still need the Clinician Setup Manuals for the PR System One 60 Series machines, if anyone has them....

I have the System One REMstar Auto with A-flex but not sure if it is a Series 60 machine?
Does it indicate the Series on a label?
I will need to get a magnifier out in the AM to & check mine.
Unfortunately my provider opened the boxes while I was in his office & made a show about tossing some of the manuals away telling me they were just the french manuals.
Obviously he was behind schedule & I was early so he didn't have time to do this ahead of my arrival.

Look at the label at the bottom of the machine ..it should read 560 something for the 60 series or 550 something for the 50 series

I was just reading Respironics Confusing names---UPDATED guide for Newbies.
They sure do make things more complicated than necessary but this forum & it's members are a huge help.

Thanks

I'm new at this, but as far as I know everything you want to know about setting your pressures are the same as the PR System One 550.

I'm sure you already know this, but to change the settings on my new 560, I pressed the middle button when "Settings" was highlighted. At the same time I pushed on the "Ramp" button. You have to hold them for at least 5 seconds until you hear a series of beeps. It then takes you into the Clinicians Set Up screen.
