RE: Help Lowering a Varying AHI for a Newbie
Update time! I'm interested in what you make of this. I feel I may need to up my max pressure. I also switched from the p30i to the N20 AirTouch (memory foam) and get a much more secure feeling fit across positions (though I am getting moisture build up in the mask).

I suggest raising your upper-pressure limit to 18, as you are bumping up against it a lot.

I currently have the max set to 12. The highest allowed is 15 for some reason. I could just go back to that?

Yes, 15 should be okay.

Ok. I am not sure what to make of this. I did some mask swapping in the middle of the night, but last night is just odd. I don't know if all of these RERAs are real, but they are very new and seem to have caused the pressure to go wild. I also have still not managed to keep these OAs and Hs under better control. I think I'm still in need of some tips or ideas.
Overview: RERA Cluster (could this be my PLMD?): OAs close look:

I agree with your assessment to raise your minimum pressure to 11. Keep the rest as currently set.
Well done young Jedi. The force is with you. |
