The one consistent thing I've observed about people using CPAP to optimize central apnea, is the results are invariably inconsistent.

Ha! I'm beginning to see that.  Of course, every ailment I wind up with is complex; no such thing as an easy fix most of the time. And, to prove your point, here's last night's results:   https://imgur.com/a/UumhB   At about 8 am, just to see what would happen, I switched back to S mode.  It doesn't look like it helped.
