Got a new machine, Help me optimize my settings for UARS

Some Background:
Sleep Test 1: Ahi 3, Arousal Index 20.1 No Reras measured
Sleep Test 2: low AHI, 15 RDI(REM dependent) with significant Reras. 

I got a RESMED AIRCURVE 10 VAUTO with nasal pillows.I saw another post on this forum and tried the following settings. Ignore the data on the left, i didnt adjust my date and the data from previous night also got attached.

I seem to be having large leaks, i am using a nasal pillow mask.
