RE: Waking up with interrupted sleep for weeks now..
I finally got my resmed airsense10 and my sleep was still interrupted. Did not feel great when I woke up, but I was able to sleep after, where I felt some relief.

I have a question to those who got a polysomnograph sleep study. Do you guys suggest stop using CPAP a couple days before the sleep study for an accurate/representative results or will it not matter? I also have a nasal decongestant called otrivin and I'm wondering if I should not use it during the sleep study. My sleep study is booked on December 9, anyway, here is the result with the new machine:

I woke up at 4:10(7:20 in the machine because it was brand new) so I shortened the chart

Here are some close-up shots of my events and no-events airflow

Few minutes before I woke up at 7:20(4:10 am),

I think you need to give this a few days to decide. Your event rate is significantly lower, and your inspiration/expiration times have become normal. These are huge improvements, even if you're not feeling it i one-day.

I also suffered from fragmented sleep for long after I tuned in my therapy. I guess the body continues to react. Out of habit.

It won't effect the sleep study either way.

If it keeps you awake I wouldn't take it, otherwise it doesn't matter. I recommmend you go in there with a sleeping pill. Just in case you need it to fall asleep.

Jiggy, Otravin is in the same class of decongestant as Afrin, and should not be used long term (more than 3-days). It is extremely difficult to quit, and we have had members that experienced addiction and problems with this substance. Ask your doctor for a steroidal spray, or switch to a safe saline. https://www.webmd.com/allergies/features...doing-it#1
