Waking up with racing heart

RE: Waking up with racing heart
It has been a few weeks since I checked it last but it was 124/74.

Do you have any heart rate monitoring in place? Even a watch based trace would be useful here - although they tend to have relatively infrequent sample intervals like once a minute or less. Your CPAP traces just appear to be showing arousals - not much more can be gleaned from the flow rate data alone...

I do wear a tracker, and it shows a rise but I don’t know if it’s causing the arousals or is caused by it.
