RE: What do flow limitations look like?
Look over the chart in this wiki article. It will help you identify the differences.

RE: What do flow limitations look like?
Well mine definitely aren't smooth topped so I'm assuming they're mild flow limitations?

RE: What do flow limitations look like?
The posted image has mild if any flow limitation. irregularity in breath shape is normal, but in flow limitation we see more pronounced flattening or even downward sloping (slowing flow) at the inspiratory peaks.

I think a big thing to consider with flow limitation too is that you can clearly see that it's leading too an arousal. Everyone has some flow limitations at times, it's just when you're sleeping are you reacting to it?

Flow limitation too can because by just a clogged nose.

Typically an arousal is indicated by irregular or awake breathing, sometimes by a single large breath followed by a breath hold or tossing.

RE: What do flow limitations look like?
I think you are mistaking your flow rate for your flow limitations. On the chart you show, the flow limitations are the bottom line, not the top one. As you can see your flow limitations line is pretty flat, meaning you have basically no flow limitations.
