Makes sense thanks -- in that case it sounds like either the watchpat or the wellue oximetry data must be incorrect. It's hard for me to tell how long the watchpat desat spikes last. It sounds like if they are < 30s or so they must be incorrect. 
I'm curious if it is possible to get raw data from the watchpat to actually check this.
