RE: New to BiPap

Thank you. I saw this when I woke around 2:19 am and changed my settings to Vauto 11/6, PS 3, trigger very high, as suggested. Can you see the flow limitation?
It does appear that the CAs are mostly gone. What are the thoughts about how the chart looks?
It is a bit difficult to say what my subjective experience of my sleep was because I am recovering from Corvid right now

RE: New to BiPap
Flow limitation is a non-zero but very acceptable level with 95% at 0.05 index. I wanted to be sure we did not lower CA at the expense of excessive FL, and it appears we are on track with this change. This has not significantly increased your pressure and your AHI is significantly lower. Does this feel like something you can stick with for a while?

We can revisit the situation after a week or so. The point is to let this settle in and establish a baseline.

SD card suddenly stopped recording data
I put my SD card into my laptop this morning and only the first 5 minutes of my night were represented on the SD card. My bipap (Resmed Aircurve 10) screen also told me I had only slept for 5 minutes. I have used this machine and card many times already and the card and machine seemed to work fine in that respect. Does anyone have thoughts about what may have happened and how to fix it?

RE: SD card suddenly stopped recording data
The first thing to do is validate the time and date on your CPAP. Check the SD card by trying to store a text file on the card when it is in your PC. If it works, try reformatting the card. It uses a FAT32 when you format it.

RE: New to BiPap

Hello. I have been at the suggested pressures and am posting the results for follow up advice as you suggested. I did have Covid for a few of these nights, I dont know if that confounds the results. I was not particularly congested.
Thanks in advance.

RE: New to BiPap
It looks like you can add 1-cm of pressure to the top of your range. I don't know about the impact of COVID, but you are bouncing of the max pressure and a few OA events suggest we can add a bit more pressure. EPAP min 7.0 max pressure 12.0 PS 3, trigger sensitivity high.

RE: New to BiPap
Ok thanks. I’ll do this tonight.
I had trigger sensitivity at very high. Do you mean for me to reduce it to high?
Thoughts about the CAs?
