With advisement here, such as from bonjour, you'll soon have your CPAP set to best settings for you.
To access the settings menu, push and hold HOME & the knob at the same time for about 3 seconds. Then you can go about inputting the settings suggested. Also you probably would want to view the operator manual for your CPAP. Look for it in the setup manual segment for your exact device.
