Here you go:

If you run the humidifier, it's good for 2-3 days of runtime and costs about $120. WIthout the humidifier, you should get maybe 5 days out of it.

The 750 watt power inverter would be a bit of an overkill as the ResMed power brick is rated at 90 watts. I suppose other machines would have a similar power rating but not 750 watts.

The secret is that the bigger inverter with a small load runs cooler, so the inverter's cooling fan never kicks in, which makes it silent. If you get the smaller inverter the fan runs more or less constantly and makes noise.

Also the picture is misleading. it's actually about 4" x6", not very big.

Terry -- I hope that's your stationary backup plan. I'd hate to backpack that deep cycle Marine battery.
Myself, I prefer the Optima yellow top deep cycle batteries.

Switching supplies (and inverters) are most efficient near 75% rated load.

Some inverters and computer type UPS's use a step approximation to a sine wave.
The xPAP PSU's sometimes have a problem with step approximation sine wave.

Late model computer UPS's can be obtained with "pure sine" output.
However, their internal battery will not give the run time of a big 70 A-hr lead-acid battery

For a ResMed S9, I would get their 12V to 24V converter; and use some sort of deep cycle battery like the Optima yellow.

It makes less sense to up convert to 120 VAC then down to 24 VDC. Double conversion is less efficient.

Nein!

Because of "On Battery Waveform Simulated Sine Wave "

Better choice is: Cyberpower CP1500PFCLCD because it has:
"On Battery Waveform Pure Sine Wave"

Wave-form sine (the wrong type) can actually kill your machine (I have read) - I have no personal knowledge as I either use a back-up Genny, or a deep cycle boat battery with a inverter. - not for traveling, although I carry an inverter in my car at all times. But more for power failures lasting days at a time (last one was some 7 years ago).
