Therapy optimization
Hello AB community

I had a CPAP for 1.5 months now. I had a prescription for a Phillips Dreamstation with 5-12 cmh2o setting. With this settings I am at about 5 AHI / hours average. I think it's better than before but I am still feeling a bit tired and pressure adjustment on this machine is not expected before october, meanwhile I had bought an Airsense 10 on which I am tweaking some settings to get better AHI result)

Your board was a big help for me with a lot of valuable infos  Thanks (I am also impressed by the OSCAR team, what a great work ! Smile )

Actually I am having a 2.31 events per hour average, but I don't really know what direction to take to improve this on the next try (If possible)

Do you have any advice ?

Thank you very much

Have a great day  Smile

RE: Therapy optimization
It looks like you have maxed out on your top pressure and had events. So I would raise both the top and bottom 1. I think that will help flow limitations (lo) and obstructions (high)

RE: Therapy optimization
Thank you, I will try this Smile (I feared increasing max pressure would increase central apnea).
