Interpreting OSCAR, Clusters of Central Apnea
#61
RE: Interpreting OSCAR, Clusters of Central Apnea
Are the FL and/or hypopnea a disruption to sleep or not? If you try to chase these small bits down, the likeliness CA go up is pretty strong. Remember you're at around 1 AHI and the goal is not a zero but as low as you can get these and maintaining comfortable rest and sleep. So if the residual events are not a disturbance, don't chase after them. Choose your therapy battles carefully, as some are not worth the fight and are not always worth stressing over it.
