What Nasal Pillows are these?

I was asked elsewhere, but I have no idea, came back in a polly bag from USA.
I am NOT a doctor.  I try to help, but do not take what I say as medical advice.

It might be, but the person that posted it said they were Nasal Pillows.
However, it did cross my mind.  But as he said they were sold as Nasal Pillows I didn't argue and I have never seen them before so I wouldn't know.
