Last week I had a night where I used the mask for more than 6 hours, but still had 18 AHIs. Would you mind taking a look at my data and noting any things that stand out to you? I am using the Resmed Aircurve 10ST (BiPAP setting) and the Airfit P10 nasal pillow mask. I have often been waking up with a dry mouth and taking off the mask during the night; I have a chin strap but it doesn't feel that comfortable and I often don't wear it. I have the humidifier turned up almost to the max as well.
You have many clumps of hykopnea indicating chin tucking which restricts the airway. I suggest you try a soft cervical collar which has worked well for me and many others. See the ling below for information on selection and use.
