Fully agree about the heated hose, it made the world of difference for me as well, pity they did not give me the full kit in the first instance.

Still only getting 4-5 hours sleep per night, so there is that to sort out.

My wife says that I should not lose my temper with assorted medics, no matter how ******* I consider they are.Dielaughing

1- there're other masks beside FFMs
2- You can buy stuff on-line from US, much cheaper than local rip-off prices

As soon as, I started to use computer and learn about the internet, I found the forum some 5 years ago and things took off for the better from there Coffee

Your wife is right but as one who has also been in a similar situation, I do understand.
