I got an email today from ResMed noting that they had not received my data for some time asking if I was still using the machine (AirSense 11). I called my DME to see if there was anything I needed to do. They said no, ResMed was working on the problem, and it would take a couple of weeks to solve. The DME said they had received a lot of calls and that this is a nationwide issue.

Although MyAir may not show the most updated data, the latest msgs posted by Resmed on the main screen of the app indicates that it is being uploaded.

New update just dropped, probably to fix the last one
