My 95% pressure was in the range 12 - 13.9 .... now 10 - 11.9
Whenever I look at the screen first thing in the morning ... pressure shows close to the minimum

RE: What is your 90/95% or fixed pressure
2 times since September 10 it was 18.8 and 18.9. A few times is was 19.0 but the majority of the time it was 19.8 or 19.9. I often wonder what would happen if I lower my pressure to 18 or 19 rather than 20 but since I am getting a titration for BIPAP, I haven't done that. I often wonder if the reason the centrals have increased over the past 3 days especially is because of the high pressure settings. Still the centrals are pretty low but one day the centrals were the majority of my events. We shall see on this new titration that will at least give us a starting point on finding out why my sleep quality has not improved over 3 years. The best we can do is try to eliminate things that may be causing my poor sleep quality and then try to determine what is causing it and get answers to treat whatever is causing this. At least the doctor I saw today listened and that is a plus in my book and he also was very willing to try and see if BIPAP was the answer and if not, look further. What more can I ask?

my prescribed pressure from the 90's was 9.
Never really used the old remstar, hurt my stomach and made my throat dry. Recently did an overnight home study and was told my ahi was 19 moderate. got an S9 autoset 6 days ago read up on clinicians manual been using for six days with min 6.4 average max 10.4 and my average AHI is .6 95th percentile pressure is 9.2 amazing how it has not changed much in 20 or more years.

Hmmm, prescribed setting should be 15, currently using 10-18 with 95% running at 16.2.

RE: What is your 90/95% or fixed pressure
My pressure with a cpap was 11. I have been using an autopap for the past few days and it looks like my 95% fixed pressure is right at 11.
RE: What is your 90/95% or fixed pressure
Last night it was 17.5 with 6 hours machine usage. The past 2 nights, I have been using the machine at 14-20 and my 95% has been around 18 but was a lot higher when my range was 15-20 and even when it was 14.6 to 20. However, I had huge leaks with the Amara gel and woke up a lot. Tomorrow I meet with the rep from the sleep center where I have my study in early Dec and we are going to try on masks to see what works for my sleep study. How awesome that they are doing this. They have a lot of masks to try on and that is better than I have had in 3 years. My current DME just lets you look at them but you can't try any of them on. they said they don't have a way to sterilize or clean them. DME's get samples from the sales reps so go figure that one out

RE: What is your 90/95% or fixed pressure
My 95% IPAP is consistently around 16.9 with the max pressure usually around 21. I have complex apnea and this high pressure is what it takes to virtually eliminate all events. However when the pressure hits 20 or so, it sometimes wakes me up.
