What's the best way to post screenshots?

I've seen the answer to this, but I can't find it right now.  I would like to post a couple of screenshots with some questions.  I think I can manage to make the screenshots, but how do I attach them to a post?  If it will help, I do have a website where I can put the jpgs, and then link to them, but I don't know if that's the best way to do it.
