It's in German; the guy first used 4cm, then 20cm.  His "mask" carried up to 6 kg, approx. 12 pounds.  Astonishing, but it shows that you must never tighten your straps too hard.

20 cm pressure is only 0.284 psi. Pressure * area = force. Lets say that cardboard box is 6 in x 6 in that is 36 square inches *0.284 psi = 10 lbs. The higher values are because of his hand pushing down which is momentarily increasing the pressure hence why the value is fluctuation so much.

Tightening your mask down doesn't make any difference on the pressure being supplied.
