When I snooze my alarm, wake up groggy and have high SpO2 100% with hands cold.

Question
When I snooze my alarm, wake up groggy and have high SpO2 100% with hands cold.
I've noticed that some mornings I feel very groggy and unwell when I use my snooze alarm a couple of times. Also at the same time, I would feel cold all over. Blood pressure is normal. But my SpO2 would be maxed out at 100% for 30min-1hr after I wake up. Grogginess continues for an hour.

Usually cold fingers should give lower SpO2, but with me it's the opposite. Cold fingers=HIGH Spo2 100%. Warmer hands, I get my normal 94%. I've had an ABG test last year but that was normal at the time. Any thoughts on both of these things?

To try to provide some insight to your first question. Here is an excerpt from a Harvard paper.
Harvard Medical Wrote:The average length of the first NREM-REM sleep cycle is between 70 and 100 minutes; the average length of the second and later cycles is about 90 to 120 minutes.

And a second item:

Quote:Waking Up In the Middle of a Sleep Cycle
In order to get the benefits of nap without the grogginess, it's recommended to either keep it to 15 to 20 minutes, or go the full 90 minutes until you're back at stage one. Anything in between is a recipe for the blahs.

So much for using the snooze alarm. . .

As far as the cold and warm hands analysis, I don't have a clue unless it has something to do with constriction when cold.
