RE: When to replace ResMed AirFit ™ P10 Nasal Pillow
I find I have to shave, at least my upper lip, before going to bed. Otherwise they are uncomfortable. I also use lanolin.

RE: When to replace ResMed AirFit ™ P10 Nasal Pillow
DME said I needed a small and the first night my nose was irritated. Since then I moved to a medium and now up to a large. No irritation, very controlled leaks (95% is 0 to 6), AHI less than 0.5. My pillow is going on 6 months old and still feels like new.
CPAP is a journey like “The Wizard of Oz”. It’s a long slow journey. You will face many problems and pick up many friends along the way. Just because you reach the poppies, it doesn’t mean you are in Kansas.
