Higher AHI than usual? Looking for some insight.
Hello Everyone!

My AHI was higher than usual last night (.55) compared to average. I also noticed more OSAs than usual too and feel less rested this morning. Dont-know For the past two days I haven't slept the best (accidentally unplugged the machine while sleeping). Could you please take a look at let me know your thoughts?  Graph attached.

I have been doing treatment now for almost two months overall and I am feeling decent about the results. Smile

A zero AHI is not the main goal, close counts.  Your AHI is low enough that comfort is the main consideration now.  How do you feel?  Also, please use the F12 key to take a screenshot.  It will reduce the calendar and allow more pertinent information to be displayed.
