Immigrants have less money, and don't have the quality expectations of Swiss born people. For them, cheap cold cuts from Germany and an less than immaculately clean floor and battered boxes are usually more acceptable. That a large part of the immigrants are either Germans or from the Balkan regions also means that this sort of place is familiar to them, but native Swiss are more conservative in their shopping habits, and more demanding in quality and presentation.

Maybe they operate in Australia differently than other places
For me what matter most, the fresh produce grown in Australia
In season and taste good
